Local & Organic Food
We like to encourage our guests to eat local produce while they are here. If you wish, you can order a range of fresh provisions from Somerset Farmers Markets Direct This will be delivered to me and I can stock your fridge before you arrive. Alternatively, there is an excellent farm shop about 10 minutes drive away offering home- or locally-produced meat, dairy products, bread and organic vegetables and fruit.

There are three pubs within walking distance, two of which do good food. The White Hart is the 'local' and has a good selection of real beers. The New Inn offers an extensive menu all day and good quality wines by the glass. The Lamb, about ¾ mile away, serves portions that make the walk home a necessity to shift the calories!

Places to Visit
